Sometime or the other in your life you must have observed people literally flinging or shifting many inanimate articles like chairs, etc. from place to place. The flinging or shifting is done in a very haphazard and aggressive manner. This is 1 of the many modes of NOISE POLLUTION. It is nerve shattering.
